Mrs. Ashley Vernon is a true servant leader in the Dublin Primary community. As the School Improvement Team Chair, she consistently begins with the end in mind, working thoughtfully and strategically to move the school forward. She models the Leader in Me habits daily—proactive in seeking new learning opportunities, focused on student success, and always listening with empathy and offering thoughtful guidance. What makes Mrs. Vernon especially impactful is her heart. She genuinely cares about students and staff and works tirelessly to help everyone reach their maximum potential. Her creativity, problem-solving skills, and positive spirit are felt not just in meetings and plans, but in the culture she helps create every single day.

Ms. Jessica McAllister is a valued member of the Dublin Primary Child Nutrition team who plays an important role in supporting students each day. She ensures every child receives nutritious meals served with care and kindness, and her warm smile and positive attitude help create a welcoming cafeteria environment where students feel cared for and ready to learn. Ms. McAllister understands that meeting students' basic needs is essential to their success, and she works diligently behind the scenes to make sure every child is fueled and prepared.
